The O2 Process Manufacturing Design Philosophy An ERP has three phases of
interaction: data gathering, data management, and data presentation. We recognize that the value proposition of software is
related to the presentation phase, and that data gathering and data management are part of the operating costs of an ERP system.
This is where the "Lean Enterprise" concept was born.
One example of how this has affected our software
is in the creation of "Active Roles". Our active roles are user / job specific roles that digest and present users
with actionable items relevant to their jobs, then immediately gives the user the opportunity to handle the action item without
having to navigate a menu, look up a record, or run a report to determine what actions are needed. To attend a webinar and
see how our Lean philosophy can minimize data gathering and management costs, and increase data presentation value, email:pziliak@microaccounting.com.
